In response to changes in the industry requirements for professional training qualifications AIM has constructed a balanced and highly relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. AIM's offering has been designed to take account of the experience and understanding that trainers require to meet the needs of business and vocational training sector requirements.

Content delivered over 8 days (2 + 3 + 3). Completion required within 2 years.
This course is also available in intensive mode.
