In response to changes in the industry requirements for professional training qualifications AIM has constructed a balanced and highly relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. AIM's offering has been designed to take account of the experience and understanding that trainers require to meet the needs of business and vocational training sector requirements. This qualification is right for you If you intend on delivering and assessing nationally accredited training programs. It is also highly beneficial for trainers and educators involved in any form of adult instruction. Your employer will benefit because You will understand the basics of workplace training, including the principles and techniques associated with adult learning, the design of learning and training experiences and the planning and delivery of appropriate and valid assessment. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Recognition of skills and knowledge gained through previous studies, work and life experiences may lead to advanced standing in this course.
