In response to changes in the industry requirements for professional training qualifications AIM has constructed a balanced and highly relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. AIM's offering has been designed to take account of the experience and understanding that trainers require to meet the needs of business and vocational training sector requirements.

If you intend on delivering and assessing nationally accredited training programs. It is also highly beneficial for trainers and educators involved in any form of adult instruction.
