The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Intensive is an integrated program designed for busy professionals who seek a quality qualification in a short time frame. Over 7 days participants will learn the fundamentals of training and assessment within the National Training Framework. Components include workplace training basics, designing learning programs and assessment techniques.
The program also emphasises the skills needed to facilitate group based, work based and individual learning.

Learning Time Period
This qualification must be completed within 2 years of commencement.

Requirements to receive the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – Intensive
This qualification requires the successful completion of 14 units of competency. There are no Elective Units for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
