Learning Time PeriodThis qualification must be completed within 2 years of commencement. AssessmentAssessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports. Requirements to receive the Diploma of Project ManagementThis qualification requires the successful completion of 9 units of competency. It is recommended that the AIM Program, “Scope, Time, Quality and Cost Management” should be completed first.
