Intensive Program Structure
- Participants must undertake the 3 day Applied Project Management program
- Participants must undertake the Diploma of Project Management Workshop. At this workshop, participants will present an executive briefing on how each of the project management competencies is applied in their project
- The executive briefing is prepared during the end of the Applied Project Management program and the start of the Diploma Workshop
- Participants undertake the Diploma assessment after the Diploma of Project Management Workshop
Learning Time Period
This qualification must be completed within 2 years of commencement.
Assessment
Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge, executive briefing, work based project and third party reports.
