The Advanced Diploma of Project Management is designed for senior program and portfolio managers seeking to formalise or enhance the skills to direct multiple projects. To gain an Advanced Diploma, participants must enrol in and complete the Advanced Diploma level assessment in two courses: Project Portfolio Management Part A and Part B.

Assessment

You'll be assessed through a combination of underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports. There is an integrated assessment for Workshop A and B of the qualification.
