Diploma of Training and Assessment TAA50104AIM's Diploma of Training and Assessment has been designed to provide extended learning and qualifications for those who currently hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Designed for the human resources or general management professional, this program will give the learner the key skills to specialise in leading and managing the training and development function within their organisation. The critical difference with AIM's program is its commercial, "for managers" focus. Training industry specific content is central to achieving the competency requirements for gaining a qualification. The core units offered are reflective of current professional requirements and focus on key areas of professional practice, facilitation strategy and resource development and managing assessment and evaluation. PLEASE NOTE: a prerequisite for enrolment in the Diploma of Training and Assessment (TAA50104) is the completion of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104).
