Diploma of Project Management - Intensive BSB51504

Project Management is a mainstay of modern organisations across all industry sectors having evolved from its traditional roots in the construction, IT and heavy engineering industries.

Project Management, through its association with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards, provides a global framework in which all project managers have a common understanding of the terms used and the methodologies employed.

AIM has developed a comprehensive suite of courses at Certificate IV and Diploma level that allows project practitioners to improve their skills and knowledge and gain accreditation in a nationally recognised qualification.

The intensive mode of delivery allows participants to complete a qualification in a shorter time frame which is balanced with a greater amount of time and effort required outside of the classroom in completing the assessment tasks.
