The Diploma is the highest qualification offered in Frontline Management and focuses on the management rather than the implementation of frontline management initiatives.

The Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) explores in greater depth the knowledge and skills required to be an effective people manager. The qualification is a logical progression from the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) and is a highly recommended qualification for all frontline managers.

The Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) is recommended for managers and supervisors with responsibility for managing teams, operational planning and performance, change management, the communication of information and financial accountability.

Learning Outcomes

  • Manage all aspects of people management including individual and team performance and staff development
  • Manage the budgeting and financial side of the business
  • Manage and report on projects

Learning Time Period

The Frontline Management qualifications must be completed within two (2) years of commencement.

Assessment

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.
