The Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) explores in greater depth the knowledge and skills required to be an effective people manager. The qualification is a logical progression from the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) and is a highly recommended qualification for all frontline managers. Learning Time PeriodThe Frontline Management qualifications must be completed within two (2) years of commencement. Requirements to Receive the Diploma of Business (Frontline Management)This qualification requires the successful completion of 11 Units of Competency as follows: 8 Units of Competency from Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) Core Units PLUS 3 Units of Competency from Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) Elective Units, chosen from the list below.
