Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104

In response to changes in the industry requirements for professional training qualifications AIM has constructed a balanced and highly relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The Training and Assessment Package offers many options for professional trainers, assessors and learning designers. AIM's offering has been designed based on experience and understanding of what trainers require to meet the needs of business and the Vocational Training Sector requirements.

This critical qualification will teach participants the basics of workplace training, including the principles and techniques associated with adult vocational learning, the design of learning and training experiences and the planning and delivery of appropriate and valid assessment.

AIM's client service team can provide expert assistance in upgrading a current Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ98) to this new qualification.

Learning Time Period

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification must be completed within two (2) years of commencement.

Assessment

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.

Requirements to Receive the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

This qualification requires the successful completion of the 14 Units of Competency listed below.

There are no Electives for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
