Certificate IV in Project Management - Intensive BSB41504

Project Management is a mainstay of modern organisations across all industry sectors having evolved from its traditional roots in the construction, IT and heavy engineering industries. Project Management through its association with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards, provides a global framework in which all project managers have a common understanding of the terms used and the methodologies employed. AIM has developed a comprehensive suite of courses at Certificate IV and Diploma level that allows project practitioners to improve their skills and knowledge and gain accreditation in a nationally recognised qualification.

The intensive mode of delivery allows participants to complete a qualification in a shorter time frame which is balanced with a greater amount of time and effort required outside of the classroom in completing the assessment tasks.

Recommended for

The Certificate IV in Project Management is a qualification for those people working on or around projects that apply their skills to complete project tasks rather than 'manage' a project, and is an ideal entry point for those people requiring formal project management qualifications.

PLEASE NOTE: people that are new to working with projects and wish to complete a Certificate IV qualification in Project Management are advised to complete this qualification via AIM's standard or non-intensive suite of project management courses.
