The AIM Certificate IV in Business Management, with core units in these areas is designed to develop your ability to successfully manage your people and business unit. Directly relevant to the ever-changing nature of business, the program explores both contemporary and traditional management issues, ensuring you gain an excellent grounding in management practices. The Certificate IV in Business Management also provides existing middle managers and aspiring managers with the necessary springboard to higher qualifications. AIM has carefully designed the program to incorporate a combination of practical, skill-based workshops, research and workplace projects to further develop and expand your skills as a business manager. Learning Time PeriodThe Cert IV in Business Management qualification must be completed within two (2) years of commencement. AssessmentAssessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports. Requirements to Receive the Certificate IV in Business ManagementThis qualification requires the successful completion of 10 Units of Competency as follows: 4 Units of Competency from Certificate IV in Business Management Core Units PLUS 6 Units of Competency from Certificate IV in Business Management Elective Units, chosen from the list below.
