Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) BSB41004

This qualification develops the competency of individuals who are playing less of a supporting role and taking more responsibility for the implementation of management initiatives. The qualification places particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans.

Requirements to Receive the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)

This qualification requires the successful completion of 8 Units of Competency as follows:

5 Units of Competency from Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) Core Units

PLUS

3 Units of Competency from Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) Elective Units, chosen from the list below.

At least 1 elective must be from the Frontline Management Unit schedule - i.e., the Unit Code must contain 'BSBFLM'.
