Advanced Diploma of Business Management BSB60201Leading and managing an organisation or multiple teams and business units to success requires new skills for experienced supervisors and middle managers. AIM's Advanced Diploma program engages participants in highly interactive structured workshops and challenging, relevant workplace projects. At this level of learning, AIM has balanced the increased intellectual and theoretical rigour, whilst also ensuring to have maintained AIM's philosophy – "by managers for managers"– to give participants the confidence and ability to apply their learning at work. Leadership, Management, Customer Service and Risk Management constitute the core courses for our offering, with elective units in highly desirable and relevant areas such as Knowledge Management, Innovation, Change and Budgeting. Recommended forAIM's Advanced Diploma of Business Management is for those wishing to gain knowledge and expertise in key business strategies, people management and strategic risk management. This program is targeted towards people who are aiming to gain high levels of leadership, decision-making and problem solving skills and who aspire to work independently and responsibly toward organisation wide outcomes. The program provides skills for middle or senior managers who contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation and are responsible for developing and managing the implementation of operational and tactical plans as part of the strategic and business planning process in their organisation Learning Outcomes (dependent upon the electives chosen)
Learning Time PeriodThe Advanced Diploma of Business Management qualification must be completed within two (2) years of commencement. AssessmentAssessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports. Requirements to Receive the Advanced Diploma of Business ManagementThis qualification requires the successful completion of 8 Units of Competency as follows: 5 Units of Competency from Advanced Diploma of Business Management Core Units PLUS 3 Units of Competency from Advanced Diploma of Business Management Elective Units, chosen from the list below.
