Advanced Diploma of Business Management BSB60201

Leading and managing an organisation or multiple teams and business units to success requires new skills for experienced supervisors and middle managers. AIM's Advanced Diploma program engages participants in highly interactive structured workshops and challenging, relevant workplace projects. At this level of learning, AIM has balanced the increased intellectual and theoretical rigour, whilst also ensuring to have maintained AIM's philosophy – "by managers for managers"– to give participants the confidence and ability to apply their learning at work.

Leadership, Management, Customer Service and Risk Management constitute the core courses for our offering, with elective units in highly desirable and relevant areas such as Knowledge Management, Innovation, Change and Budgeting.
