AIM's Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resource Management) has been designed to meet the needs of line managers, those wishing to enter the specialist area of Human Resource Management and HR advisors seeking to offer in company consultancy advice to line managers. The course explores industrial relations matters, as well as the administrative or information systems considered essential for effective human resource operation.

Learning Time Period

The Advanced Diploma of Business (HR) qualification must be completed within two (2) years of commencement.

Assessment

Assessment for this qualification includes underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.
