Diploma of Project Management BSB51413

To gain a Diploma of Project Management via standard delivery, participants must enrol in and complete the assessment for four courses which together provide an in-depth engagement with the nine functional areas of the discipline. This will permit the development of knowledge and skills that will support effective project leadership.
