Diploma of Management BSB51107

The Diploma of Management explores in greater depth the knowledge and skills required to be an effective people manager. The qualification is a logical progression from the Certificate IV in Frontline Management and is a highly recommended qualification for all managers.

This qualification is designed for

Middle managers or supervisors with responsibility for managing teams, operational planning and performance, change management or financial accountability.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Duration

Completion is required within 2 years.
This qualification is also available via intensive delivery mode.

Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.

8 units of competency. Complete the intensive option or select at least 5 electives from group A and an additional 3 electives from group A or B.
