In response to changes in the industry requirements for professional training qualifications AIM has constructed a balanced and highly relevant Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. AIM's offering has been designed to take account of the experience and understanding that trainers require to meet the needs of business and vocational training sector requirements.

This qualification is designed for

Anyone intending to deliver and assess nationally accredited training programs. It is also highly beneficial for trainers and educators involved in any form of adult instruction.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Duration

5 days (1+2+2). Completion is required within 2 years.
This qualification is also available via standard delivery mode.

Fee

Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.
