This qualification develops the competency of individuals who are taking on responsibility for the implementation of frontline management initiatives. The qualification places particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans.

This qualification is designed for

New managers working at the frontline, such as supervisors and team leaders, who may have technical skills but require development in people management.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Duration

Content is delivered one day a week over 10 weeks. Completion of the qualification is required within 2 years.
This qualification is also available via standard delivery mode.

Assessment

You will be assessed through a combination of underpinning knowledge questions, work-based projects and third party reports.
