Learning outcomes

When you have completed the Effective Briefs and Departmental Correspondence program you should be able to:

  • Plan, draft, sequence and structure written communications in various styles and formats
  • Review and proofread written communications for appropriate style, correct and appropriate language, sequence style and readability
  • Present written communications in the styles and to the standards required

This course is customised for your Department. The facilitation, context and courseware will be tailored to reflect the needs and, where possible, use the templates and systems of the department.
