Regardless of an organisation’s product or service, its industry environment or its size and structure, its most valuable resource is its people. Building the best staff team is an ongoing process. Therefore, it is crucial to develop the skills of its internal capability.

This course helps Public Sector staff to build, consolidate and enhance their interviewing skills. This is one way to help participants to effectively prepare for selection interviews.

The aim of this program is to ultimately help you to improve your performance as an “interviewee” for an actual interview. You will be given the opportunity to practice your skills by undertaking workshop experiential activities, designed to engage all participants in applying the underpinning theory, receive and give feedback, while building self confidence and skill acquisition.
