Who should use AIM Corporate Training?

Customised Corporate Training can often be a more effective alternative to other training options, and has the added advantage of meeting issues specific to your organisation.

The decision to bring your training in-house is not just for larger organisations. Many smaller businesses can benefit from 1 to 2 day programs in their own controlled environment. Alternatively, contact time can be arranged to suit business rosters, staff down-time and preplanned retreats.

These programs can be delivered on site or at AIM Management House, where we can offer full catering and audio/visual equipment.

Who conducts the training?

AIM facilitators are hand picked industry professionals. All facilitators are registered with AIM for a period of two years following a rigorous interview and selection process involving our in-house adult education specialists. To ensure that AIM clients receive the most relevant and appropriate learning experiences, our facilitators are required to undertake continual professional development.

Evaluation of our facilitators is undertaken in a number of forms. Direct feedback is gathered from evaluation sheets distributed to participants at the conclusion of each course. These evaluation forms are handled confidentially, with a summary of the results being presented to your organisation once the results have been processed.
