Overview

This one day workshop is for women who are seeking to develop their leadership skills in a safe yet stimulating environment where participants learn from and with each other. The focus is on positive and liberating strategies to address issues women have identified that they encounter in the work environment.

Designed For

This workshop is for women in leadership positions, team leaders or those aspiring to such positions. The workshop would be particularly useful for women who are working in traditionally male orientated industries or sectors.

This workshop will be led by Catherine Day, an experienced General Manager and leader in the area of women’s development, coaching and mentoring. Catherine has worked with many women to develop their potential in a way that is unique to them and which esteems ad supports their intelligence and professional goals.
