- Identify and explain the key concepts of knowledge types and their contribution to organizational performance
- Assess and manage knowledge organisations
- Formulate plans for the application of the organisation’s information requirements
- Carry out research on information sources, including web and extranet approaches
- Assess and apply relevant models in the organization and storage of information
- Understand and apply relevant models of information analysis, evaluate results and make recommendations based on the evaluation
- Understand the requirements of information governance, select and apply information governance policies and strategies
- Develop business information reporting strategies
- Analyse IM functions and accountabilities
