The objective of this program is to acquaint participants with the key concepts relating to understanding, employing, developing and supporting people, including the notion of the reflective practitioner skills in workplace coaching and mentoring.

This program has been developed for senior managers who have an undergraduate degree in a professional discipline or substantial managerial experience. The program provides an extremely effective way to gain or update knowledge about managing people in the Australian environment.
