The Diploma of Project Management comprises:

  1. The three day Applied Project Management program; participants in the Diploma of Project Management do not need to complete the Applied Project Management assessment.
  2. Between workshops, participants prepare a presentation for an executive briefing on how each of the Diploma Project Management competencies have been applied within their workplace.
  3. A two day Workshop for Diploma of Project Management, during which the prepared executive briefings are presented and participants are supported to develop their major workplace portfolio. Participants will learn how to integrate project management within their organisations, and how to deal with issues such as achieving business benefits and getting problem projects back on track.
  4. Submission of the completed Portfolio of Evidence for assessment after the two day workshop
