Overview
This program will provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to integrate and balance the overall project management functions of scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement; and to align and track the project objectives to comply with organisational goals, strategies and objectives.

- Project plan is developed, to integrate all project management functions
- The development of project phases, approval points and review points
- Progress report mechanisms are developed against the project baselines inclusive of evaluations
- Implementing and managing planning and control procedures in line with identifying a range of suitable methodologies, techniques and tools available to project managers
- Development of finalisation plans and procedures for notifiable final audit and or reconciliations

- Determine and control the end products of the project, and the processes to develop them
- Determine and implement the project activities throughout the life cycle of the project
