Overview

In this program, participants will learn the skills to design, develop and implement procedures and policies in relation to training and assessment services. This program is focused on policy and procedure development for the purposes of training and assessment services, however the concepts may be transferable to the development of other organisation policy and procedure development.

Training managers, administration managers, RTO managers, consultants in the training industry and QA and compliance officers.

Content

  • Establish policy and procedure requirements
  • Research existing documentation
  • Identify internal and external expertise for policy and procedure development
  • Develop polices in accordance with organisational needs
  • Consultation, communication and feedback strategies
  • Implementing policies in the work-place – a change management approach
  • Ongoing review and consultation of policies and procedures
