Overview

This program addresses the contracting and procurement function of a project. Participants will discover how to identify procurement and contract requirements, contribute to contractor selection, conduct contracting and procurement activities and conduct finalisation activities for the project.

This course meets the requirements of the following units of Competency:

  • BSBPMG408A - Apply contract and procurement management techniques

or

  • BSBPMG509A - Manage project procurement

These units of competency are required units for either the Certificate IV in Project Management or the Diploma of Project Management
