Design Learning Programs

Overview

This program focuses on the development of competence in conceptualising, designing, developing and evaluating learning programs to meet an identified need, based on guidelines provided in training packages. Throughout the program participants will learn about the theories of adult learning and training needs to allow them to design effective vocational training programs. By the conclusion of the program participants will develop and practise the knowledge and skills to confidently use training packages to meet client needs and to design learning programs.
