Overview

This program is designed for young managers who are finding their way as a new manager. It explores the people side of management starting with understanding self then moving to leading and managing others. Participants will contribute to and learn from fellow ‘emerging’ managers, all of whom will be seeking similar reference points for navigating the complex world of management.
