Description
This program provides all the competencies for the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management). This intensive program covers team effectiveness, managing projects, personal organisation, working with others, implementing plans, improving processes and meeting the needs of customers.
The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is available as an intensive program with a set curriculum of 10 units of competency. The program is delivered as 10 training days split over two months.

Assessment
Assessment occurs through a workplace project (agreed between the participant, their Manager and AIM). To be awarded a Certificate, participants must submit to AIM the agreed workplace project and be assessed as competent.
