More than a Pass mark
Annual Pass success prompts a second promotion

Last year's launch of the exclusive AIM Annual Passes has been so successful that a second release of the passes is now on the horizon.

The Gold and Platinum Annual Passes offer big discounts on AIM learning opportunities and events. Scott Martin AFAIM, General Manager, Sales and Marketing said the 2012 initiative had proven a resounding success.

"There are a number of people who are coming to the Institute and maximising their exposure to training and up-skilling," Mr Martin said.

"It's a proactive investment to spend 2013 getting the most out of their personal and professional development.

"The Passes provide an opportunity that is different from the norm and represent excellent value for money.

"Clearly there is a need for a product like this in the management community and it has resonated with our Members and clients."

People who purchased the Annual Pass were entitled to access unlimited training for a year. Mr Martin said the Gold Passes had sold out and a further 100 Gold and Platinum Passes would be released for sale on Wednesday 1 May. The Gold Pass costs $2495* and provides one year of unlimited access to AIM's 125 short courses as well as nationally accredited and online qualifications from Strategic Business Planning to Emotional Intelligence and finance to a Diploma of Project Management and Influencing Skills to Brain Science.

The Platinum Pass costs $3495* and offers one year of unlimited access to AIM's 125 short courses and nationally accredited and online qualifications. It also provided access to international speakers, MasterClasses and more than 400 AIM events throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.

The Platinum Pass includes personal membership to AIM and the additional privileges and benefits that membership brings.

Three of a kind: Troy Wolter, Liane Kirwan and Carlos Arana are all great advocates of the new AIM Annual Passes.

Trio makes the most of a great deal

In his own words, Carlos Arana thought the Annual Pass offer was too good be true.

Along with his boss, former rugby league star Tony Currie, Mr Arana was looking for a course to extend his management experience. Then the pair found the Australian Instiute of Management - Qld & NT and its new Annual Pass inititive.

"When I phoned AIM, I was told about the Annual Pass," Mr Arana said.

"I thought there must be a catch - but after doing some research I realised the Annual Passes offered execeptional value so I said "send the invoice".

Mr Arana purchased a Gold Pass and put it straight to use by enrolling in a Diploma Of Management course.

Ironically, two other paricipants in the Diploma Of Management course were also Gold Pass holders and both agreed with Mr Arana's sentiments.

Buss Q business development manager Troy Wolter has previously completed 10 AIM courses and he said the Gold Pass was exceptional value for money.

"It's an excellent offer to do as much training as possible and get very significant discounts at the same time," he said.

Advanced Skin Technology national sales manager Liane Kirwan said she planned to put the Gold Pass to good use in 2013.

"There are a quite a few courses that interest me and I wlll do as many as I can - it's too good to refuse."
