St.George Partnership Supports Queensland Business

AIM and St.George bank have partnered to present a broad program of business events for managers across Queensland.

Building on the Institute’s substantial regional events program, Rhyll Gardner FAIM, General Manager, St.George Queensland, said the partnership is about equal access for managers everywhere.

“We’re proud to be able to present international authors like Steve Lundin of FISH fame to regional business people who are hungry for quality learning opportunities,” Ms Gardner said.

“Our partnership with AIM is underpinned by the shared organisational goals of promoting the development of leadership, positive culture and people.”

The professional development of our future business leaders is exactly the space we want to support and influence, and the attendance of St George staff at the events adds an extra element to our business development activities.”

The partnership is also supported by the St.George regional network with centres in Townsville, Cairns, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

“St.George has a passion for serving and investing in Queensland business…this is just another way of realising that aim,” Ms Gardner said.

To celebrate AIM National Networking Week in the first week of August, US networking phenomenon, Scott Ginsberg will make his first trip to Australia.

“Networking and connecting with like-minded managers is more important than ever in an uncertain environment and we’re thrilled to be able to support Scott’s first ever Australian visit,” Ms Gardner said.

Known widely as “The Nametag Guy”, Scott is famous for wearing a nametag for over 3000 consecutive days and authoring best selling titles like The Approachable Manager.
