The Best in Management Gather in Rockhampton

Mary Moody, former presenter of Gardening Australia and bestselling author of Au Revoir, will speak at the Rockhampton Management Excellence Awards Final on Friday 7 September 2007.

Guests of the Rockhampton Regional Committee of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM), who organise the Management Excellence Awards, will enjoy drinks, supper and live entertainment by Chris Mallory & the Two & Fours at the Rydges Capricorn Resort.

The prestigious titles of the Rockhampton Professional, Owner, Young and Rural / Remote Managers of the Year will be presented on the night.

AIM CEO (Qld and NT) Carolyn Barker said winners of the awards always give very positive feedback about their experience.

“Just being nominated is a real boost for managers as it shows they are respected by their peers and their staff,” Ms Barker said.

Winners of the Rockhampton awards will go on to compete at the Queensland State Gala Dinner and MEA Final which will be held in Brisbane on Friday 2 November 2007.
