The Australian Alumni MBA Scholarship

The Australian Cranfield Alumni, together with Cranfield School of Management in the UK, are launching an annual scholarship for an outstanding Australian to undertake the full-time MBA programme at Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

The scholarship will cover tuition fees for the full time MBA programme and also provide a grant to contribute to living expenses and the cost of a return airfare to the UK. The value of the scholarship is approximately $90,000 and is the highest value scholarship available in Australia for one year of study.

The person we are seeking will have at least 4-5 years of practical, ‘real-life’ work and life experience with a track record of success, will be most probably around 28 to 34 years of age and have the talent and drive to be one of the future business leaders and entrepreneurs of this country.

While this scholarship opportunity may not be of interest to you directly, you may know of someone, either that you work with, or professional colleagues or in your personal circle that could benefit from this opportunity.

Eligibility for the scholarship

To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, the person must:

1. Be an Australian national and resident in Australia
2. Be passionate about Australia and want to contribute to the country
3. Have a successful track record of around 4-5 years work experience
4. Complete the Graduate Management Admission Test (and a score of 600 or over).
5. Be accepted for the full time MBA programme at Cranfield
6. Complete the Scholarship Application Page which simply asks the applicant to make a persuasive case to be awarded the scholarship

People without undergraduate degrees will be considered based on work record and GMAT.

Meet the Alumni Events

Prospective candidates will be able to meet the Alumni to find out more about the course and how the Cranfield Alumni have used their MBAs after graduating. The Meet the Alumni events will take place on the following dates:

13th February 2007 6.00pm – 8.00 pm
