Managing Strategy
Successful organisations recognise that all employees must understand, contribute to, and align their efforts with the organisation's strategy. Students are introduced to and analyse a range of strategic planning approaches to enable them to recognise and act on strategic opportunity.

- Think strategically about an organisation and understand the key challenges involved in strategic management
- Appreciate the roles of leadership, organisational structure, culture and change management in strategic management
Assessment
Assessment includes a combination of class participation, presentations and reports.
Written assessment tasks are based primarily on the student's organisational context and experience. Assessment is at postgraduate level and requires academic referencing and evidence of having read and synthesised the literature.
Relationship to Qualification
Students who successfully complete this program and accompanying assessments will be granted credit towards the Graduate Diploma Management Innovation.
