Join the AIM Sunshine Coast Regional Comittee for the second session of the Essence of Business Marketing workshops. Geoff Moller AIMM will give an overview of the essential elements that make up a strategic marketing plan. 

Elements to be explored include:

• What is a marketing plan and why have one?
• What are the basic elements of a marketing plan?

The session will look at both simple and complex marketing plan design and the implementation, control and measurement of these plans.

Geoff will provide the tools for you to create your own strategic marketing plan.

Geoff Moller has over 25 years experience in managing small businesses and completed an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in 2002 while managing his own business. Geoff has worked for AusIndustry in a small business adviser role and more recently as a Senior State Development Officer supporting small to medium enterprises (SME's).
