After working as a leadership and management facilitator across regional Australia Nick created “Minds Aligned” in August 2007 to use his extensive practical and management experience in training and facilitation, business development, recruitment, marketing and sales to assist others develop their leadership and business skills.

Having designed, developed and implemented a range of team-building strategies in both the private and public sector across Queensland, Northern Territory and South Australia, Nick has also been instrumental in assisting business groups and individuals manage strategic change, improve workplace communication and evolve supervision and leadership abilities.

He has worked with national and international business as a skilled and successful senior manager and consultant for more than twenty five years and his innovative approach to coaching and facilitation in developing organisations and their people is demonstrated in their continuing use of Nick as a coach and mentor.
