This interview-style event, with light breakfast, sees Paul asked a series of topical questions on his career journey, style and approach to leadership, and the success of his first year in the top job at the Broncos. Upon leaving he studied for his MBA, joining mining company Xstrata in 2003 as Human Resources Manager. In 2005 he joined Anglo-American Metallurgical Coal and held a number of management roles. He has been Director of Queensland Country Credit Union and Queensland Country Health Fund since 2004, and began his tenure as chief executive officer of the Brisbane Broncos in January 2011.
