Terms and Conditions

AIM Obligations

• AIM Qld & NT will provide a listing of the above position via the eStudent website

• AIM will forward all applications to the participating officer, as identified above

• Positions not filled within six weeks will be removed from the site

Employer Obligations

• It is the responsibility of the nominated contact to notify AIM that the position has been filled

• The participating organisation must notify AIM if the available position has been modified or withdrawn

• Organisations should retain a copy of this document for their records

Workers Compensation Insurance

In order for students to be covered by liability insurance they must complete a JCU student association approval to undertake work experience /community placement form outlining the student’s details, your information, the period of the arrangement and have it signed by their head of school at JCU. You should ask to have a copy of this completed form for your files before commencing the activity.
