AIM's innovative Women's Career Coaching Program is designed for women in management or business who want a focused approach to developing their career. Offering the guidance of a coach, professional development sessions, workshops and peer support, alumni of this dynamic program have said it changed their lives.

The Women's Career Coaching Program provides a range of coaching interactions over a long period, with many of the sessions and activities determined by participants in consultation with the Head Coach and AIM's Organisational Psychologist. Through insights gained from the one-on-one coaching process, practical workshops and networking opportunities, participants in the program achieve breakthrough results. By examining personal direction, learning new skills, drawing on the experience of others and expanding personal connections, coaching helps women overcome the hurdles they face now, and throughout their careers, no matter what industry or specialist discipline they are from.

The Program combines individual profiling, personal development workshops, skills-based training and one-on-one coaching, to facilitate self directed change, transformation, personal and professional growth.

The program includes:

• Individual career consultation
  Individual needs development profiling - New Directions career consultation
• Personal Development Sessions
  Tailored events with practical insights from practising women in business
• Practical workshops
  Three full-day interactive workshops targeting key areas for development
• One-on-one Coaching
  Five one-on-one individual coaching sessions with a personality and skills matched coach, plus up to half an hour cumulative phone coaching per month
• Networking
  Networking opportunities with like-minded peers from a range of backgrounds
• Resource and Library access
  Access to the AIM specialist library and an online coaching hub

Women's Career Coaching Program for Brisbane

After 2 sold out 2008 intakes, the Women’s Career Coaching Program for Brisbane has returned to provide a range of professional development interactions during 2009.

2009 WCCP Brisbane Intakes:
The New 2009 Women's Career Coaching Program for Brisbane has scheduled two intakes for 2009. The dates are:

• Intake One: March 2009
• Inatke Two: July 2009

2009 WCCP Brisbane Intake One: NOW OPEN!
Program dates are as follows:

• Program commences March 2009
• Individual profiling and debriefing with AIM's organisational psychologist - March 2009
• First Workshop - Saturday 21 March 2009
• Coaching sessions will be offered as port of the program. Coaches will be allocated after the first workshop and consultations have occurred. Session times will be arranged between participants and selected coach.
• Second workshop - Saturday 4 April 2009
• Professional Development - Thursday 7 May 2009
• Third workshop - Saturday 30 May 2009
• Professional Development Session Two - June 2009
• Graduation - Friday 19 June 2009

Women's Career Coaching Program for Cairns

AIM is running its hugely popular Women's Career Coaching program in Cairns in response to requests from professional women in Cairns. The program offers career profiling, personal one on one coaching, three professional development workshops, and online support through the coaching ehub.

Program dates are as follows:

• Registration - June 21 to July 21
• Program commences from Monday July 28
• Individual profiling and debriefing with AIM's organisational psychologist - Monday July 28 to Friday August 8
• First Workshop - Saturday August 16
• 5 x coaching sessions will be offered as port of the program. Coaches will be allocated after the first workshop and consultations have occurred. Session times will be arranged between participants and selected coach.
• Second workshop - Saturday August 30
• Third workshop - Saturday September 13
• Graduation will occur in late September on a date selected by participants

Women's Career Coaching Program for Gold Coast

Due to outstanding growth and demand throughout this region, AIM is proud to announce that the Women's Career Coaching program will soon be available to women in management and business on the Gold Coast. The program offers career profiling, personal one on one coaching, three professional development workshops, and online support through the coaching ehub.

Due to outstanding growth and demand throughout this region, AIM is proud to announce that the Women's Career Coaching program is now available to women in management and business Gladstone. The program offers career profiling, personal one on one coaching, three professional development workshops, and online support through the coaching ehub.

• Program commencement - November 2008
• Individual profiling and debriefing with AIM's organisational psychologist - November 2008
• First Workshop - Saturday 15 November
• 5 x coaching sessions will be offered as port of the program. Coaches will be allocated after the first workshop and consultations have occurred. Session times will be arranged between participants and selected coach.
• Second workshop - Saturday November 22
• Third workshop - Saturday 21 February 2009
• Graduation - Friday 13 March 2009
