AIM has built a comprehensive program of career development learning activities and tools designed to take you through the process of self-exploration and evaluation of your career options and on through to the successful implementation of your choice.

Career management is becoming of increasing importance for both individuals and employers. The reason for this is rooted in the radical changes to the way work is structured and how people are engaged in work.

In this rapidly changing environment organisations have been forced to learn as they go, constantly reviewing, adapting and resetting their goals and strategies.
