  Melissa Green has been working at BOQ for over 18 years. BOQ is her first and every employer. She started as teller and progressively worked her way up to become a branch manager. In 2007, she decided to purchased the branch that she was managing and became an Owner Manager. Melissa has managed her team of 13 people to win national sales and customer service awards with BOQ for the past 3 years. Her involvement with AIM began in 2008 when Melissa won the local owner manager of the year in Mackay.
