Nigel Beaman AFAIM

Nigel is the General Manager for South East Queensland with Telstra Country Wide and is based in Toowoomba.

In this role, Nigel and his team of technical, customer service, commercial and sales people are responsible for all aspects of Telstra's operation across the area with a focus on customer service and sales.

Nigel has been with Telstra for over 14 years and prior to that worked with the Department of Primary Industries which has provided him with over 20 years experience working in marketing and customer service roles throughout Australia and especially Queensland.

Nigel completed his University Studies at Gatton College and the University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba, and worked extensively throughout country Queensland. He and his family live on a small property in the Linthorpe Valley near Pittsworth.

Andrew Douglas AFAIM

Andrew is the Managing Director and Principal Consultant of Nexus Executive Services, a management consultancy practice specialising in Human Capital Management, Organisational Development and Executive Recruitment.

Andrew's professional experience includes: five years as a Non-Executive Director; four years as General Manager in one of the largest Information Technology & Telecommunications Service Providers in regional Australia; in excess of ten years of Human Resource Management (including four as an HR Manager in industry and a further six as a Senior HR Consultant); as well as direct management experience in the areas of Sales & Marketing and Public Relations.

Ronel Erwee AFAIM

Ronel is Professor and Director of the USQ Australian Graduate School of Business, Faculty of Business, University of Southern Queensland teaching in International Management, Management Consulting and the DBA program. She supervises PhD and DBA candidates.

Her research interests include knowledge management, cross-cultural business networks, managing diversity, internationalisation of companies and organisational change. She has consulted on diversity management in Education Victoria, city councils and other institutions and designed and presented management development programs for Queensland Health, Queensland Police, Lucent Technologies and others. 

She serves on the Academic Boards of the Australian Council for Applied Psychology; Australian Institute of Management (QLD&NT) and the Queensland Police Service. She is a member of the Academy of Management , USA , and serves on the Executive of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management. She serves as Senior Editor of the International Journal of Organisational Behaviour (IJOB) and on the Editorial Boards South African Journal of Business Management and the Journal of Industrial Psychology (South Africa).

Ben Gouldson AIMM

With more than 10 years experience in a variety of litigation matters, Ben is a local lawyer acutely aware of issues facing businesses in the local region. Ben acts on matters ranging from construction to de facto property, partnership to shareholder disputes, and intellectual property to trade practices. He has managed a wide range of business, corporate and family based commercial and personal disputes. Ben also has extensive experience advising clients on workplace law related matters, having acted fro several years for many organisations with operation spread across Australia.
