Prior to joining the university he worked for some 15 years with BHP across a number of functions. Lee teaches organisational behaviour. His research interests focus on learning and productivity, shiftwork and human resource management. Lee joined AIM in 2005 as a way of helping to bridge the academic and practitioner divide. Robyn Donovan AIMM In her position as Rural Information Specialist with the Department of Primary Industries & Fisheries Robyn uses her combined experience in economic development, information and communication. Robyn Donovan assists primary producer clients to access the information they need to increase profitability and enhance sustainability. She has delivered training in the use of ICT and has facilitated economic development activities in Central Queensland. Her current projects include delivering online support to geographically dispersed Land Managers in their implementation of an Environmental Management System. The project uses a range of technologies including email, discussion forums, web pages and telephone to build a community of practice in sustainable land management. Collin Goodsell AIMM Colin is the RACQ Regional Manager for Central Queensland -an area covering from Agnes Water to Collinsville and west to the border. Colin joined RACQ (1990) after 14 years in the banking industry and some time in running his own business. Colin was an early winner (1994 – Wide Bay Burnett Branch) in the forerunner awards to the current MEA. In his current position, he manages a number of company operations, large agents, over 35 contractors and is the voice of RACQ in Central Queensland. Collin holds a Diploma of Management, Diploma of Business and Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment. Ross Mylrea FAIM Having been in business for over 30 years, Ross continues to take an enthusiastic approach to business. He recognizes the need to move with the times, and as a result has taken on new developments in his business to maintain an aggressive and competitive stance in the market place. Recently he has introduced a website and online sales. He believes in working closely with his senior management team and delegates decision making. He emphasizes the faith he has in all members of his organization. Helen Quaife AFAIM Bev Rose AFAIM Dr Kevin Tickle AIMM Ian Waraker AIMM Peter Warrener AFAIM Peter has been a practicing Paramedic for 23 years in locations across Queensland . Peter has worked in rural and isolated communities to large provincial cities. He currently is an Area Director for the Queensland Ambulance Service and has done since 1998. Peter holds Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Amb), Diploma of Business Management, MBA and was the Queensland Young Manager of the year in 2000 and has a keen interest in growing our future leaders and managers. |
