Scott has worked in Sales to heavy industry in a variety of roles from as International Ships Provedore in the Ports of Brisbane, Adelaide and Gladstone supplying Bonded Goods, Technical Stores and Engineering Equipment to working as an Account Manager to Heavy Industry and Mining for Wesfarmers for 7 Years and is currently working in the communications field.

He is also a Cub Scout Leader for the Gladstone Dolphin Sea Scouts.
