Graham Caldwell FAIM

Graham Caldwell joined William Buck Cairns as a tax manager in 1987 and became a director in 1991. Graham provides specialist taxation advice, taxation negotiations and litigation support and has been heavily involved in prudential audits and tax consulting for restructurings across a wide range of industries.

Graham has expertise working with business owners and company officers in company floats, acquisition and mergers, valuations and special investigations, providing management, accounting and specialised tax-consulting advice. The varied nature of the clients from small business to listed public companies provides a wide range of consulting issues and opportunities.

Arnon Itzhayek AIMM

Arnon Itzhayek was born and educated in Israel, travelled extensively trough Europe, USA, NZ and Australia until finally immigrated to Australia in 1983.

Arnon joined Coles in 1990 and gained experience in various management positions and locations. He has been the Store Manager of Coles Supermarket - Smithfield for the past six years.

He holds a diploma in Business Management from Deakin University and various company accreditations.
